Overview
Viz Flowics is available in four plans: Go, Basic, Professional, and Enterprise. Each plan includes a different set of features. Some advanced features are not included in any base plan and require a Paid Add-on, regardless of which plan you are on.
If a feature is not visible in your interface, it either means your current plan does not include it, or it requires a Paid Add-on that has not been activated on your account.
Important: Missing features cannot be unlocked by changing user roles or granting Special Permissions. Access to features is determined by your subscription plan and active add-ons. If you need a feature enabled, contact the Viz Flowics Support team.

All other social media and live chat features listed below — including YouTube Live Chat — require a Paid Add-on and must be activated separately, even on a Professional or Enterprise plan. These features are not available on the Go plan.

How Paid Add-ons Work
Paid Add-ons are optional features that can be activated on top of any eligible base plan. They are purchased separately and must be enabled by the Viz Flowics team on your account.
Common examples of Paid Add-ons include:
YouTube Live Chat — Collect and moderate live chat comments from a YouTube Live stream for use in broadcast graphics.
Facebook Live Chat — Collect comments from a Facebook Live broadcast.
Twitch Live Chat — Collect comments from a Twitch stream.
Advanced X (Twitter) — Extended Twitter/X data collection capabilities beyond the base search.
Advanced Instagram — Extended Instagram data collection beyond the base search.
Second Screen Participation — Enable audience participation mechanics via second screen.
Viz Data Connectors — Connect to Vizrt's suite of broadcast data providers.
MOS Support — NRCS/MOS gateway integration for newsroom workflows.
SSO (Single sign-on) — Available as a Paid Add-on on Professional; included in Enterprise.

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm on a Professional trial but I don't see YouTube Live Chat or Content Inbox. Why?
YouTube Live Chat (and other live chat sources) are Paid Add-ons, not included in the base Professional plan. Even on a full Professional subscription, these features require a separate add-on. Contact the support team to request a trial of the Social Media Add-on.
Can I unlock a missing feature by changing my user role or granting Special Permissions?
No. User roles and Special Permissions control what actions a user can perform within your account (for example, uploading custom fonts or configuring middleware). They do not control which product features are available. Feature availability is determined entirely by your subscription plan and active add-ons.
How do I request a Paid Add-on trial?
Contact the Viz Flowics Support team via Live Chat or email. Let us know which add-on you would like to evaluate and we will coordinate with our Licensing team to enable a trial on your account.
