To recover your password, you need to follow the steps below:

• Go to the login page
• Enter your e-mail address and then click on "Forgot your password?"

• You should receive an email with a link to a page that will allow you to set your new password. Confirm the password change by clicking on the link you received.
• Enter your new password and then click on "Reset password". Your password must contain:
  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 3 of the following:
    • Lower case letters (a-z)
    • Upper case letters (A-Z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
  • No more than 2 identical characters in a row
