Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is a second way to verify users' identities before granting them access to Flowics. Basically, by enabling the MFA you are adding an extra layer of security to your account.
Enabling MFA policy
To enable MFA policy you must request it to the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
There are 2 configurations:
- User level: any user can request to have MFA activated to its own account and does not affect other users from the company he/she belongs to.
- Company level: It can only be requested by the company administrator. This configuration enables MFA to all users belonging to the company.
After the activation is complete and you get the confirmation from the customer support team, then you can proceed to set up MFA in your account.
