To recover your password, you need to follow the steps below:
Go to the login page
Enter your e-mail address and then click on "Forgot your password?"
You should receive an email with a link to a page that will allow you to set your new password. Confirm the password change by clicking on the link you received.
Enter your new password and then click on "Reset password". Your password must contain:
At least 8 characters
At least 3 of the following:
Lower case letters (a-z)
Upper case letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0-9)
Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
No more than 2 identical characters in a row
