This Data Connector is not included in the Graphics license and requires payment of an additional licensing fee. If you require access, please get in touch with your designated Customer Success Manager.
Sportzcast utilizes on-premise hardware (Scorehub or Scorelink) that requires a connection to the venue scoreboard system. The scoreboard data is sent through the Sportzcast cloud server and distributed in real time to Flowics.
Requirements
Having the email where the bot is assigned. This will be required as a username in Flowics.
The token should be the password associated with the email address assigned to your bot by Sportzcast.
Adding the Data Connector to the Graphics Editor
First, you need to add a Data Connector to your tree (1) and then click on Connect (2).
From the Data Connectors panel, you can select Sportzcast (if it is not listed, please contact your designated Customer Success Manager).
(3) Select Sportzcast account. (4) Choose the bot that will provide us with the information from the list of bots.
After selecting your bot, go to the External Connector >> (5) View Source >> (6) Select Event Stream option so you can see the logs to confirm the data is coming in.
Once the dataset is set up, you can proceed to create your graphic.
