You can change the number formatting that a Middleware Source (i.e., counter Middleware Source) uses from the interface. Simply go to the General Settings tab of your Middleware Source.

This will imply either a comma or period separation for numbers. The selection for each format is associated with the language chosen (English, Spanish or Portuguese)
