Requirements
TVU Channel Configuration
To set up Viz Flowics within TVU Channel, follow these steps:
Within the channel where you want to work, select the "Settings" option.
Click on “Advance.”
In "Advance," select “EXT Graphics.”
Choose the "Flowics Token" option.
Enter the token of your Viz Flowics graphic package.
Click on the "Sync Graphic Element" option and then click “Save.”
Once you've completed these steps, you'll be able to access the Rundown Control playlist of Viz Flowics within TVU Channel by selecting the "Ext GFX" option and manually control the overlays.
Adding Viz Flowics graphics to an event.
To add a Viz Flowics graphic to an event, follow these steps:
Click on the event.
Select the "Events" tab.
Click on "+".
Choose a secondary event.
Select the "Flowics" option.
After configuring the graphic within the event, you'll be able to select graphics from your Viz Flowics graphic package.
In order to add or modify text to the graphics where integration IDs were configured, follow these steps:
Within the event, select a graphic with the configured integration ID (the name of the ID will appear at the moment of selection along with the text input box).
Enter the text you wish to display.
Click “Save.”
After editing the sub-event in which you modified the graphic, it will be displayed within the main event.
Use of the Program Template
This structure allows you to create a sub-playlist within the event, which can be automated to display one or multiple graphics at a specific pre-defined time.
Within the event configuration, follow these steps for each of the graphics you wish to display:
Select the secondary event.
Choose the "Flowics" option.
Select the graphic you want to use and edit its text.
In "Timing-In," select the time you want the graphic to appear on screen.
In "Timing-Out," select the time for the graphic to disappear before the main event ends.
"Duration" is the total time the graphic will be displayed on the screen.
Click "Save."
