The social media accounts you’ve connected to Flowics can become inactive due to changes in the user credentials or the user role in the page, or because Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Google simply detected a problem with the account.
When this happens, you will receive an email notification asking you to renew the affected account.
Renewing your associated accounts
1. Go to Social Accounts.
2. Check the status of the account.
3. Delete the account if the status is expired or revoked.
After renewing your account, the data collection for the affected social network will be re-established.
