Due to changes in WhatsApp or internal improvements done by our development Team, at some point, it may be necessary to update in Google Chrome the Flowics extension required for integration with this messaging service.

To check if you are running the latest version of the Flowics chrome extension, please follow the instructions below:

Go to Google Chrome >> Menu >> More Tools >> Extensions

In the Extensions window, you will see all the extensions displayed in cards. Look for the Flowics extension, click Details and check the version number.

If you do not have the latest version installed, you will need to re-add the Flowics extension.

To do so, you first need to remove the extension.
